Club Lucky – Head to Club Lucky for their cavatelli. It’s just like my grandma used to make! (The red sauce is divine.) I still remember when I lived in Bucktown back in 1999, I used to walk here often with my daughter, walking by her side as she drove her hot pink, battery-operated, Barbie car.
Coast – Coast boasts some of the best sushi in the city, and best of all, it’s BYOB! My daughter and I love the Niku Soup and the Sunrise roll.
Big Star – A self-professed margarita snob, which I bottle under the label ‘Wacky Girl Margaritas’ I must say that the marg at Big Star is luscious, as is just about anything on the menu.
Robin Richman – This iconic boutique opened its doors in 1997 and pioneered what is now a tightly knit community of specialty shops in Chicago. RR offers a quality display of clothes, jewelry, and art; a store unlike any other in Chicago. I love my silver metallic booties!
