Hello, I’m Debra. Welcome to my residential architect page.

The client. The real estate agent. The architects. They don’t always agree but all are critical to a successful outcome and a collaborative process can result in a fabulous home for the client.

The architect is the quarterback of the team… She dreams up the thoughtful design for home, based on the very specific needs and wants of the client. The real estate agent is there to guide the architect and client on current trends in the market, balancing the needs and want of the client with their desire to build a home that stands the test of time. I’ve had the pleasure of working with many architecture firms in my 34 years as a realtor in Chicago. Noted below are three of my favorite talented, thoughtful and creative architecture firms.
